By accessing and using the XDrive mobile application and website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old to operate a storefront or process transactions on the platform.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Accounts flagged for fraudulent listings will be permanently deactivated.

3. Marketplace Integrity

XDrive acts as a digital venue connecting buyers, sellers, and service providers. We do not guarantee the physical condition of vehicles or parts listed by third-party users. All transactions are conducted at your own risk.

4. Content Guidelines

Listings must be accurate and legally owned by the poster. Promotional storefronts must accurately represent physical operations and locations.
